1.Teach out how to brush your teeth well after each meal:
Top to bottom • Bottom to top • Inside and out • Above • And the tongue
2. Spend 2 or 3 minutes brushing your teeth.

3. Eat fruits and vegetables every day!

5. Visit the dentist once a year.
